Terms of service
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms govern your use of CrewWind. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
CrewWind helps offshore wind companies and their recruitment partners find contractors who are available for specific date windows. It is a workforce-availability platform, not a jobs board, and it does not employ contractors or guarantee work or placements.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep it current. Recruiter and company access is by named individual seat and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Contractor content
You keep ownership of the information and documents you upload. You grant CrewWind permission to display your profile, approved certifications, verified competence and availability to verified recruiter and company accounts as part of the service.
Verification
Certifications and competence appraisals are held for review and only shown once approved. CrewWind verifies the appraisal and the assessor, not the underlying technical judgement. WINDA and Vantage verification are planned integrations.
Fees
Contractors join free. The Offshore Transition review carries a one-off fee shown at the point of application. Recruiter and company access is charged per seat as agreed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, scrape data, contact contractors for anything other than genuine opportunities, or attempt to bypass privacy controls.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CrewWind is not liable for hiring decisions, the accuracy of third-party records, or losses arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will note the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
