CrewWins prize terms

CrewWins is a free monthly prize draw for contractors registered on CrewWind. These terms apply to every monthly draw.
Who can enter
The draw is open to individuals with an active CrewWind contractor account. Recruiter, company, agent and admin accounts, and CrewWind staff, are not eligible.
How to enter
Confirm or update your availability on CrewWind at least once during the calendar month. Each eligible contractor receives one entry per month, however many times they confirm.
Entry is free. No purchase or paid membership is needed, and free and CrewWind+ members have exactly the same chance of winning.
The prize
The prize for each month, its value and the draw date are shown on the CrewWind website and in your profile. Prizes are set by CrewWind each month, are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless stated. CrewWind may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The draw
The winner is chosen at random by computer from all eligible entries for the month. The list of entrants is fixed and recorded at the moment of the draw, so every draw can be audited afterwards.
Winners
The winner is contacted by email at the address on their account. If we cannot reach the winner, or the prize is not claimed within 28 days, we may void the result and draw again from the same month's entries.
With the winner's agreement we publish their first name and initial on the CrewWind website.
General
CrewWind may withdraw, change or void a draw where entries are fraudulent, duplicated or made in breach of these terms, or for reasons beyond our control. The promoter is CrewWind. Questions about a draw can be sent to [email protected].
